Stewart, GA coordinating all activities for Program Manager for the emerging Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS). Established new field office. Negotiated with customers and support contractors to obtain required support; managing technical staff personnel assigned to support fielding of EPLRS; and planning and conducting training for all aspects of the system’s employment. Orchestrated a dynamic group of more than 100 system engineers and support contractors from 6+ defense contractors across the US, 25+ dedicated military personnel and over $25 million dollars of classified materials effectively allocating scarce support resources to meet the demanding 24 hour training and deployment schedules. Achieved 100% operational support of the 24th Infantry Divisions ongoing deployments, conducted training for more than 2000 soldiers and exceeded all support requirements over a 3 year period.
