I am currently a pastoral leader within a school catering for pupils of ages 11-16 in England. My responisibility is for the social well being and academic support of those pupils in my care. I currently have devised a Leadership development programme for all year 9 pupils, I run a girls only discussion group and I am currently the Careers Manager and have organised many events to help those pupils prepare for college life or employment.
