(1) RELATIONALS, INC. - researched publishing companies (mainly newspaper publishers) and devised "script" to interest them in CRM software. Opened a few doors for the RELATIONALS though it didn't result in sales per se.
(2) KAISER PERMANENTE - Interacting with staff of the Medical Records Department to put them at ease (I followed in the footsteps of an administrative assistant who created much bad feeling in the department).
