Provided a series of Diet Education for Staff members, working on a unit with a non-traditional meal service, so staff could provide education to the patients regarding their diets and also encourage diet compliance. Worked on a comittee that developed a new tracking tool to account for our productivity and services provided that were not being tracked, and therefore not recognized. This helped support our request for staffing numbers, and also demonstrated actual time spent providing the many services that had always been provided.
