Accept and process DDA deposits, savings deposits and withdrawals, installment loan and bankcard payments. Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining security of monetary items and client information. Provide quality customer service while recognizing customer needs and making customer referrals to the appropriate line of business partner. Resolve difficult customer issues competently when necessary. Utilize tools and skills to provide direction and guidance to less experienced tellers.
