Highlights:
Identified and implemented solutions for nine Xerox accounts, generating over $6M additional revenue. Nine large Xerox accounts were not using the latest work flow and content management software. Conducted studies for each of the nine accounts, identifying solutions and implementing them for each account. Over two year period, surpassed expectations with additional $6M revenue. Created state-of-the-art system for employee registration process at Seattle Power and Light. Customer was manually tracking all employee requests for training. Hundreds of hardcopy pages had to be kept up-to-date with the current class schedule. Employees were missing class because notifications were not sent in a timely fashion. Reengineered process by creating input screens on the internet and developing a system of automated notifications to inform employees of class schedules. Led to removal of a major backlog problem and significant reduction in errors. Restructured workflow, changed the way language was stored, and recreated customer input sheet for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Time involved in creating a customer booklet, contract, and proposal for new customers was taking too long and overwhelming the system.
