I have always loved working with people, because interaction with others is what keeps the workplace exciting. I have also always loved the aspects of leadership and teaching in each of the various positions that I have held. I am looking for something fun and exciting where I can make a difference.

Highlights:

Promotion to trainer after 3 months on the job. Working as part of a team to design and impliment a new training program, taking into account various real-world issues. Being selected for one of 35 Management Internship positions out of over 1,000 applicants. Taking control of a team, problem-solving to find new motivational tools, and then implimenting a system that has continued to thrive after my departure.
