Union Payroll: Manage and directed all phases of Shaw Stone and Webster’s first union project. Currently 167 union employees (Boilermakers, Carpenters, Labors, Millwrights, Pipefitters, Operators, and Teamsters). Knowledge of all union benefits and ability to compute manually if necessary. Non-Union Payroll: Currently 23 persons on salary exempt and salary non-exempt status many with per diem and allowances. Highly confidential areas. Human Resources / Safety: Initial employee sign up and safety orientation. Maintain OSHA 300 and reporting to OSHA. Scheduling: Currently maintain schedule on 23 projects. Contracts: Upon reviewing contract found two gray areas’s, which enhanced our contract 8.35 million. Invoicing: Monthly invoicing and payment balancing over $750,000.00 to $1.8 million. Reports: Monthly project management reports to upper management and Marathon CEO’s. Job costing analysis to Shaw Stone & Webster, Operations Vice President. Purchasing: Directed procurement process encompassing over $350,000.00 in equipment and supplies. Document Control: Maintained all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
