* I lead the engineering group to switch from one MRP system to another one with 6 months training in QAD MRP system, working with Senior Leadership, Accounting, and Logistics, Purchasing, Planning and Warehouse departments. * By working with outside vendors, I saved the company $10,000 monthly; one of the products we did were attached together to make it a combo, what I did was I found a cheaper plastic material, and I make the tests needed such as vibration test to prove the material was as resistant as the original one but less cost. This product was produced around 50,000 a month, with the reduction of 20 cents per piece.
