Managed the implementation of a new credit product which brought together multiple vendors and departments which had never worked together in the past. Political stakes were extremely high but political forces were not impactful upon the successful rollout of the project. First migration of new software to the entire company of 15,000+ which had little or no impact but was actually considered one of the most successful projects to date.
