My most recent job was at ITS pharmacy, in Glendale CA. I was mostly in customer service, where I had to solve problems, call patients everyday and schedule delivery of their medications.In addition I was trained to call new patients and make sure they felt welcomed since I was the key to make sure customers come back to us for service. And make sure I send it the right medications for each patient. At the same time we had to be multitasked, by answering phone calls, and calling patients and following up with certain tasks.
