My intention is to work in a multinational entity whose directions are based on principles and values that benefit and promote the welfare and growth, of its employees and customers, and which constantly looks forward to cause a great impact in benefit of society and environment. My intention is to grow in a professional way and have the chance to benefit the company and its collaborators with this growing. Due to my experience I would like to work in the Human Resources Department developing and applying personal growth programs for the personeel and also developing and implementing Social Responsability programs that will impact the community.
