Fully responsible for eight Web sites supporting NYBOT’s global marketplace including design and architecture planning, infrastructure management, development and testing, launch, and maintenance / support. Lead Internet strategic planning and project initiation efforts, overseeing the complete project execution lifecycle, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and deliverable management. Identify business requirements and objectives, collaborating cross-departmentally and cross-functionally to liaise with all stakeholders, business process owners, content owners, and subject-matter experts with a focus on exceptional customer service. Develop and implement security standards and protocols and ensure transactional adherence to corporate privacy rules; establish Disaster Recovery plans, contingencies, and alternate sites.
