Responsible for an innovative idea to eliminate waste of raw materials by developing a process to minimize raw material purge when switching materials to prevent contamination. Relocated critical to process valves and plumbing for easy access/replacement and also was able to shorten considerably amount of plumbing required. This reduced to a minimum the replacements necessary, reduced the amount of materials required to replace the plumbing and saved thousands of dollars in maintenance of equipment and downtime.
