The first area of responsibility is management or administration of my law firm. This enabled me to conduct extensive legal research on the internet, read management books, attend business seminars, network and utilize business opportunities.
Secondly, I tried to keep to deadlines by whatever means. If delegation cannot do the job, I do the job myself making sure value and services are rendered even before payment.
