Program Manager for pilot domicilary treatment program for chronic, homeless, public inebriates in Fairbanks, AK; average number of treatment attempts for clients was eleven. Grant writing, fund raising, and creative match funding provided small, rural Fine Arts Society with new fully equipped, multi-purpose arts center building, valued at $150,000 from original seed money of #10,000 in 18 months. Completed M.Ed.in Career Guidance and Counseling at Montana State University Northern with GPA of 3.44, counseling internship, and 9 credits more than required, in 10 months.
