Highlights:
Spearheaded various high-level special projects for the Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and the Vice President of marketing. Started in-house graphic design studio. Assessed future needs, chose equipment and established vendor relationships. Result: Company had first in-house design studio with short turn-around time, reduced costs establishing long-term client relationships i.e. Atlantis Paradise Island. Researched and project managed new trade show booth design at $40,000. Result: Dramatically upgraded the company corporate image within the industry and awarded “Best In Show” when premiered at Las Vegas trade show. Created Brickyard 400 promotional program package materials focusing on a young audience. Brainstormed a “seek-and-find” technique, established a matching game”, “puzzle” elements, and provided a user-friendly 4 page foldout. Result: The Indianapolis Brickyard 400 program will circulate at the second largest one day sporting event. Initiated and developed marketing management plans for local Latin band, “Cool Chilies”. Developed a musical focus with client, researched successful local bands, and created an aggressive marketing “hook” utilizing culture as an introduction. Result: The band plays numerous corporate gigs including The Indiana Roof, RCA Tennis Tournament, Marriott Masters, World Basketball Tournament and the Indy JazzFest. Interviewed by Channel 6 Health Beat television reporter, Stacia Matthews, concerning ADD and medication; interviewed by national women’s magazine concerning the impact of ADD on patients and families; appeared in McNeil corporate video for Concerta; spoke to Concerta sales representatives at national sales meeting in Atlanta, GA.
