Made first shipment in September of 2002. * Engineered and produced first injection molded bi-polar plates with flow fields on a Hydrogen Fuel Cell for the DOE * Responsible for all associated activities for three manufacturing facilities in Miami, Texas, Puerto Rico. * Activities included: procurement and implementation of all molding machines, robotics, part and material handling systems, and Quality Department. 100 + Injection Molding Machines, and all ancillary equipment and systems. * Programmed Screen Design and Machine Sequence logic on all Van Dorn Molding machines for special process applications * Managed the development on an automated assembly machine which produced over 20MM defect free Enema Tip Assemblies each year. * Responsible for design and build of one plant expansion, and five new plants * Developed, purchased and implemented computer integrated manufacturing systems such as: Statistical Process Control, RJG, Radio frequency part tracking, Vision Systems, Computer Integrated Machine Good Part/ Bad Part process control, Robotics, and other technically advanced manufacturing systems
