Large/Non-Sort Fulfillment Center in Michigan, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. * The Livonia, MI location achieved the Amazon "1st Week, Large Non-Sort, Launch Volume Record", of any Amazon Fulfillment Center's, 1st week launch, in history! * Led an internal culture turnaround at McKesson that resulted in the rise of the facilities rank from 18 place (when I started in 2014) out of 20 US locations, to 5th place, during my first full year of tenure. This is the highest this locations' rank has ever been, while under multiple management changes over the last 20 years. * Received "Rising Star" award (as well as many other achievement awards) from Wal*Mart / Sam's Club for most improved DC in a given fiscal year. Maintained TOP "5" rank for 8 consecutive years, thereafter. * Created greater "buy-in" and developed a positive culture change that met company efficiency directives, while faced with a highly entrenched Teamsters Union Staff (in 2 separate corporations). * Diligently worked on my "personal development" while in my multiple roles at McKesson (including graduation from renowned Bixler Consulting Group's "Lead the Way" and "Leaders in Action" courses).
