for the past eight years has provided Industrial Hygiene and Safety support to the CNS Y12 Industrial Hygiene Department and the Uranium Processing Facility design and construction project. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health, with 11 years of experience in explosives, chemicals, ordnance-related projects and Environmental Science. Mr. Phillips was responsible for providing Safety and Occupational Health program leadership for all assigned projects. An additional role was to train less experienced IH personnel. Mr. Phillips also provided subject matter expertise in indoor air quality, mold identification and abatement, local exhaust ventilation system design and testing, oxygen deficient atmosphere identification and evaluation of electro-magnetic and static magnetic field evaluations. He provided comprehensive IH support to both Y-12 and the Uranium Processing Facility Staff. On a contractual basis he works as the Corporate Health and Safety Manager an Unexploded Ordnance and construction company. During the same time period he provided Construction Safety and Health Support to RELYANT GLOBAL Construction and Unexploded Ordnance REMOVAL Firm in Maryville Tennessee.
