* Twenty-one (21) years' experience as a skilled Trainer, Recruiter, Coach and Motivator with a reputation for employing effective action strategies and process improvements to exceed standards for customer satisfaction. * Ten (10) years' experience in the operational management of a high-volume, fast-paced corporate Customer Service call center, staffing, training and supervising up to 100 employees, maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of all systems, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, troubleshooting customer problems and complains, and generating detailed reports for corporate management. * A confident and energetic communicator, skilled at team development and proficient at troubleshooting and negotiating the effective resolution of customer problems. * Bilingual in English/Spanish and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
