2020 Census Bureau - Cranberry Township, Western PA Apr 2019 - Oct 2020 Office Operations Supervisor - Recruiting Team & Mobile Questionnaire Assistance Office Operation Supervisor overseeing a team of seven (7) administrative clerk activities, included daily progress and cost reporting on the progress of potential and confirmed applicant submissions into the Area Census Office (ACO), covering Fifteen (15) Western PA Counties. Oversite of and support to 30+ Field Recruiting representatives who marketed jobs within their home counties the marketing of 2,000+ jobs and then due to Covid-19 delay and restrictions had oversite over Twenty-Six (26) Customer Response Representatives who worked within communities supporting the completion of their household census.
