My Master of Jurisprudence (MJD) in Health Law and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with HealthCare Emphasis, alongside my extensive experience in a Laboratory setting, give me a plethora of knowledge and diverse experience to lead one of the best work settings. My thorough knowledge of Laboratory guidelines in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), College of American Pathologist (CAP), CLIA, and FDA regulations, allows me to monitor and ensure the department keeps abreast of all Institutional and Federal laws and complies with them. My abilities to evaluate issues within an organization, take appropriate action to improve operational performance, and attentiveness to detail will ensure that all regulatory and compliance laws are in accordance with existing regulations and best practices.
