Description
* MRB-Material Review Board as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) acting as Design Engineer Lead inside the several Aerospace Projects for Commercial & Military Airplanes, Systems Integration as Quality, Design Engineering, Stress (FEA), Manufacturing of the Commercial & Military Airplanes. * Presentation of the Projects Programs from PDR-Preliminary Design Review until CDR-Critical Design Review for any Aerospace Projects. Develops and implements Product & Process improvements for Space Launch Rockets. System Design of Nozzles Igniters, Checkouts, First Flight & Test Readiness Reviews. Wire & Piping Design * MBD-Model Base Definition (3D Model) Delivery/Approve of Parts/ASSY /INSTL, using CREO 4.0 interfacing with Windchill PLM, NX 11 Interfacing with Siemens PLM Teamcenter and CATIA V5/V6 interfacing with ENOVIA (LCA) & Siemens PLM TeamCenter, SolidWorks for 2D drawings & 3D Model Base Definition. * Structural Engineering Disposition for Non-Conformances of Composites (Fiberglass, Carbon/Epoxy, laminate, Kevlar, Honeycomb Sandwich Assy.) and metallic (Aluminum Alloys, Titanium), Vis Digital Mockup (BOM). FiberSim for Design, Analysis, and Manufacture in Composites & CATIA V5 (CPD) branch. * Design of high pressure cryogenic (LOX, LH2) ambient & high temperature rocket chambers, nozzles, gas generators, igniters, injectors, valves, actuators & other associated rocket engine hardware.
