Have experienced in working in a customer support environment. This includes being a Senior Service Technician for Westinghouse where I was in charge of 5 Technicians. I handled all escalations from lower-level Technicians and customer support issues related to laptops, desktops, software and router problems within the building. I also worked at Oracle USA Inc. as a Senior Support Engineer taking care of service tickets created via the My Oracle Support portal. My area of expertise was database performance. I handled all areas of database tuning and Sql Tuning. I also maintained all the test servers for the group running on Linux servers. I am a highly motivated and very good at handling customer service issues. Looking to become a Database Administrator so I can apply my Oracle knowledge of 22 years to use.
