Monthly investor reports, forensic accounting regarding acquisition entries, financial tracking of 4.8m capital project budget, investigated cause of inventory write down before start date. Apparent cause was that starting inventory never verified and did not exist. Human Resources successfully defended the Company against a wrongful termination lawsuit saving the Company over 50k, implementation of incentive bonus plan for employees based on KPI, Reduced AR by 2m after investigating and corrected billing issues. Asked by CEO and German parent to take over weekly production meetings and plant scheduling due to poor monthly turnover performance. Turnover doubled during the months involved in the process.
