* Over 26 years of IT experience in design, development, and maintenance of Medical, Insurance, Benefits, Accounting and Voice response application needs * Expertise in Oracle table creations, development of Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Complex Packages, Procedures, Exception handling, Cursors, Parameterized Cursors, materialized views, Indexes in Toad, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, SQL*Plus * Expertise in SQL*Loader and Import / Export * Experience in Bulk Processing, REF Cursors, Collections, DBMS * Extensive expertise in Unix O/S, Unix shell scripting in ksh (Korne), bsh (Borne), csh (C) shell using VI editor * Highly skilled in performance tuning - analyzing query plans and query tuning using the tools such as EXPLAIN PLAN and Optimizer hints * Experience in complex, high volume data structures and data driven applications * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as a part of team * Experience in working with Version control applications such as Perforce, Rational Clear Case and Clear Quest * Extensive experience of working in Quality Assurance (QA) environment as QA Analyst.
