I have gained extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications through years of hands on use in the work and educational environment. With over 16 years of extensive training and experience in customer service, I was able to develop exceptional verbal and written communication skills utilizing proper tone for positive results. These skills helped to accomplish sales goals and avoid potential confusion through tireless efforts to meet expectations while maintaining the uppermost levels of customer satisfaction. I will complete my coursework for my Associates of Arts in Information Technology. My recent coursework included Internet concepts, critical thinking, written communication, management of information systems, computer networking, JAVA programming, and analysis and design of information systems.
