Description
Perform as a primary liaison with stakeholders, gathering requirements and documenting those requirements. Understand product expectations and usage, allowing for the collection of project needs and deliverables that can be conveyed to the team for design and development. Provide regular reporting on project metrics, status of deliverables and risks/issues with the associated management plan to peers. Lead client meetings to gather details and document expectations for workflow and features. Work with cross-functional team leaders to set schedules, document project status, and ensure on time delivery of releases. Contribute to development, maintenance and approval of project plans. Guide and support team leads in prioritizing, trouble-shooting and contingency planning. Communicate project specific priorities. Liaise with functional leads/managers to optimize performance and utilization of project team members.
