* Offering an experience of 7+ years in Financial, Banking & Operation domain as a Business System Analyst/ Jr. Project Manager in Information Technology field of Project and Portfolio management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile framework. * Strong expertise in eliciting raw requirements, analyzing and converting it into Functional and Non-functional requirements. * Good understanding of BABOK guide with best practices of standards, knowledge areas, and techniques. * Efficient in gathering, documenting and validating/verifying the requirements from business areas, and convert them into technical requirements for development team. * Experienced in working in Agile-Scrum environment, Waterfall model, Kanban, and hybrid. * Efficient in conducting Scrum ceremonies, preparing scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Product Increment, and tracking the work in progress (WIP) through Sprint Burn-down charts and Release burn-up charts. * Expertise in creating artifacts such as Business Requirement Document (BRD). System Requirement Specification (SRS), Data Requirements, technical user stories and Spike. * Good understanding of database system and Data Modelling such as Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models, ETL process, Data warehouse. * Perform SQL queries to fetch data from database and generate reports using Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics tools. * Efficient in working in agile scrum environment and facilitating Sprint Review meetings, Backlog refinement sessions for multiple teams. * Led daily scrum meetings, retrospective, and review meeting within a sprint/iteration. * Good understanding of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from Inception through Implementation & Maintenance. * Good understanding of Unified Modelling Language (UML) with experience in creating Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Class diagrams, and Sequence diagrams. * Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), unit testing, performance testing, test cases, test plans and showcasing the prototype to the business. * Experience in facilitating requirement elicitation sessions like JAD (Joint Application Development), Interviews, Brain Storming, Questionnaires. * Walking through the stakeholders with the Sprint outcomes and getting the acceptance on the requirements. * Experience in customer and client interaction, deep understanding of business system functionality and business objectives. * Articulate Business values, managing user expectations, and increasing client satisfaction through analysis, design, development, and implementation phases of the project. * Experience in implementing Change Request (CR) and getting approval from Change Approval Board (CAB) in case of requirement churn. * Experience in working with cross functional teams such as Data Architect, Full-stack developers, Quality Assurance (QA) team, Data Engineers, ETL developers and AWS developers.
