Client then purchased $1.5+M in additional services and software. * Rescued failed implementation project at MW regional medical center. Assessed current state of project and created new detailed implementation program that resulted in successful implementation within 6 months. Client then extended remote hosting/services agreement for an additional 7 years providing additional $10M in revenue. UNIX, PL/I, TSO, JCL, PCS, RDBMS applications web development including XML, HTML, Visual Basic protocols such as HL7 and X12 and SQL query tools including Crystal Reports and MSRS. * Comprehensive experience working with customers to improve processes and workflows to maximize software benefits. * Expert knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) development, implementation, and support. * Detailed knowledge of Meaningful Use requirements, HIPAA EDI, privacy and security regulations.
