20+ years of Engineering and Project Management execution experience. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to effectively manage major programs delivering on-time and within budget results. I have managed diverse groups of individuals, developed teams and lead them towards accomplishing business goals and objectives. I have been successfully promoted throughout my career based on my performance, dedication and execution. I have extensive knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Lean Systems, and Manufacturing Process Standardization & Control. I also have knowledge in the principles of DFMA, Six Sigma, Product Optimization and Product Costing. Managed the Fabrication Manufacturing Engineering team which implemented robust processes that produced nearly 9,500 Military Vehicles (FMTV - Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles, CMTV - Caiman Multi-Theater Vehicles, Patriot Missile Trucks, and Severe Duty Commercial Trucks) from March 2007 to March 2012 with 99% on time delivery to the customer. During this period, throughput was increased from 14 trucks per day to 50 trucks per day. This Manufacturing Engineering team that I had the pleasure to lead consisted of diverse Engineering disciplines which include Senior Manufacturing Engineers, Project Engineers, Welding Engineers, CNC Programmers, Industrial Engineers and Quality Engineers. Also led activity that resulted in Customer Quality improving from 35 defects per vehicle in October 2009 to 0.25 defects per vehicle in April 2012 a 99% improvement.
