Implemented the City of West St Paul's first successful fixed assets system. Installed the City of West St Paul's first computerized accounting system. Designated a Certified Government Financial Manager in November, 1995 by the Government Finance Officers Assoc. (GFOA) All annual reports received highest professional recognition from GFOA beginning in 1986. Completed the GFOA Advanced Government Finance Institute in the summer of 1990. Served as treasurer and audit committee member for my church for five years. Served four years on the local school board Budget Advisory Council.
