COVER LETTER: Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Mike Schwartz. I have worked in the Food & Beverage industry for 30+ years. During that time, I have managed in both private and corporate businesses. I have gained valuable experience when it comes to customer service and customer relations. Working in a variety of restaurants has afforded me the opportunity to learn how to positively interact with customers in every situation. I enjoy the diversity working with the public. During the summer of 2018, my father had the proverbial 'fall'. Complications arose from this and it was discovered that he had cancer and was in the beginning stages of dementia. I became his full-time caretaker until he passed late last year. I have missed the day-to-day interaction with the public and just simply meeting new people. I possess a strong work ethic and will prove to be a reliable and dependable employee.
