QUALIFICATIONS * Provide overall nutritional care that encompasses physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient/resident. * Communicate effectively with patients/residents, families and staff regarding nutritional concerns. * Monitor high risk patients/residents' weight, oral intake, skin condition and record appropriate documentation. * Twenty years' experience with geriatric population and four years with well child/pregnant mother clientele. * Experienced as a consultant dietitian - writing and implementing menus, supervising dietary managers, monitoring food service operations, and medical nutrition therapy documentation.
