of the project was to increase the speed of the trains from one state to another and vice-versa (Delhi - Mumbai), so that the duration for cleaning the train could be done on time. Ministry of Railways has fixed that the trains should be cleaned on Saturday-Sunday as to clean one train, it requires 7 hours. 1 * To implement the project, research was done on each train, its speed, its halt time at stations, the tracks used, and the path used from one destination to another. Data was provided by ministry too. After 3 months of research and reading data of each trains from Delhi to Mumbai and vice-versa provided solutions to overcome the problem. First trains were moving slow only 35 km/hr which we suggested to achieve the mission should run at 65 km/hr. Second, according to the population of cities that the train is moving and based on the data the halt time was mostly reduced. Third, the tracks which were not in used made it functional and after proper testing we suggested to use tracks in case any train in stuck in the middle due to technical issues. Third, use of technology (devices) for cleaning the trains. * Work like preparing strategy, research, data analysis, digital marketing, consulting, strategy/planning, stakeholder management was used in this project. * National Trust for person with disability (pwd) under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Duration - 5 May 2017 to 07th August 2017 * NGO's where categorize in 4 schemes and the project required to conduct a survey which will tell us that whether the NGO's are performing their duties or not, utilizing the funds provided by Govt. of India to each NGO's in children's care. * A questionnaire was prepared and was provided to juniors so that field survey could be done to get actual data of each NGO. Data Analysis was done based on the questionnaire and reports were prepared for each state. Feedback from parents were also taken. * Work like research, data analysis, team management, stakeholder management, customer analytics was used in this project. * Swachh Rail Swachh Bharat for Ministry of Railways Duration - 22nd February 2017 to 11th August 2017 of the project was to rank 407 railway stations in India based on parameters like Sanitation, Hygiene and Quality. * I oversaw 12 stations in North India. A 6 - page dynamic questionnaire was prepared covering all aspect of a railway station and parameters related to sanitation and quality. I had a team of 24 people. Everyday task was assigning certain parameters of questionnaire related to 12 stations and to conducted field survey. Regular monitoring and evaluation was done. After getting the data from the team, data analysis was performed based on parameter with respect to station and see the overall performance of the station and its authorities about quality and sanitation. Multiple reports were prepared for each station and one final report was submitted to officials of Ministry of Railways based on the survey conducted by Quality Council of India (QCI) * Work like research, data analysis, team management, preparing reports, stakeholder management, customer analytics was used in this project * Swachh Bharat - Open Defecation Free (Gujarat) Duration - 28th December 2016 to 20th February 2017 * Prime Minister mission was making India Swachh Bharat. For this he started Open Defecation Free as in rural areas of India, people defecate in open. The new government provided funds to state so that houses in that states can have proper toilets so that open defecation can be finished. For this, I managed 10 districts out of 26. I had a team of 10 people where survey was conducted based on parameter of defecation, hygiene, and research. Another parameter was to check about funds allocate by Govt. of India to districts for houses where there are no toilets. Mission was to provide awareness, conduct workshops where people of the districts were told about why defecating in open in hazardous and it should be stopped immediately. * Work like research, data analysis, team management, stakeholder management, preparing reports, customer analytics was used in this project. This was my first project in the organization. After completing this I did 3 operations and 3 strategy projects. * All the projects mentioned above were successfully completed and launched/implemented by Govt. of India for citizens of India.
