Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. * Work closely communicating with Stakeholders and Sponsors to ensure that the scope, timeline, budget, and quality of project aligns with approvals for the project * Lead post implementation product support (Warranty), Knowledge Transfer (training) and documenting lessons learned * Partner with peer team members to help develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
