Having 5 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance of Web-based and Client/Server applications using agile software methodology and SDLC. * Experience in Quality Assurance&Manual Testing. * Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having thorough understanding of various phases like Requirements, Design, Development and Testing. * Proficient in implementation Testing (functional, acceptance, browser compatibility, Load, stress, performance, volume) and development to high quality assurance standards. * Good hand's on experience in using RALLY for Requirement Management, Test Planning, Test Case development, Test Case execution and Defect Tracking. * Extensive experience in different types of testing - Functional, Regression, System Integration, E2E Testing. * Experience in Database Testing using SQL queries on RDBMS databases like SQL Server and Oracle. * Experience in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Cases & Test Scripts. * Ability to understand and translate Business Requirements and to operate independently or in a team environment. * Extensive knowledge of V-Model, Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) software development methodologies and techniques. * Well versed in different management scenarios like Change Control, Quality Assurance, Defect Tracking and System Integration. * Worked very closely within a blended team of onshore & offshore resources. * Experience in leading and managing teams. * Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick learner.
