Project Engineer, 04/2019 to Present * EPC Project-NM and SW Texas - 60-mile 24 in Crude Oil Transmission line, New Mexico pump station, Texas meter station and tank farm * Manage documents being issued and reconciliation between client's data managements system and ours. * Support Construction needs with materials, drawings, specs, and vendor data. * Compare vendor data against client requirements. * Review and incorporate client comments on documents or drawings. * Manage RFI's sent from the field, the office, or the client. * Review Material orders against the BOM and track deliveries. * Compare construction schedule against material deliveries. * Prepare material requisitions * Update Equipment List * P66 Gray Oak, SW Texas - 850-mile Multi-size (30,20,16,12,8 in) Crude Oil Transmission and Gather line with 18 facilities. * Support close-out of 8 facilities. * Coordinate with disciplines to provide necessary vendor data for design, drawing deliverables, and construction support. * Prepare weekly status reports for "Project Critical Needs List" for the client. * Coordinate with lead engineers for required data for IFC status. * Expedite vendors for data. * Coordinate all work within pump station. * Communicate status with management team of drawing status. * Interface with construction for immediate needs. * Interface with client to provide self-certification of project requirements. Project Manager, 09/2017 to 04/2019 DCP Midstream, L.P Contractor * Sandhills Loops Phase 1, Texas - 29 and 19 mile 24" in NGL Transmission Lines. $41MM - $46MM. * Direct and manage all aspects of pipeline construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets, including managing client meetings with subcontractors and service providers, RFI and RFP protocol, punch list, project closeout and O&M manuals. * Commissioning through project operation, including hydro test, valve actuation & communication, and project close out. * Project Manager supervising all activities for both pipeline projects simultaneously. * Manage and coordinate the efforts of company employees, third-party contractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers in order to execute projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company RPs, Federal, State and local regulations including DOT, EPA, TCEQ, API, TXRRC, etc. * Organize and ran weekly project update meetings with project stakeholders in senior management, Operations, support personnel and client project management. * Prepare capital budget forecasting reports, manage and negotiate change orders, and updated schedules for all projects to company principles showing project status. * Design review of O&M and expansion projects to include pipelines, meter stations, pump stations. * Review and implement requirements for working within a pump station * Motivate and direct teams of contractors, inspectors and company employees during construction by maintaining constant communication about project goals, timelines and success strategies. * Specify and procure all materials needed for projects based on DCP material specifications.
