My aim is to excel in scientific knowledge and implement my expertise in field of transplantation to promote state of well being in advanced kidney disease patients, enhance the longevity of transplanted organs and improve the quality of life in my patients. I want to serve as a faculty member in an academic institution after completion of my transplant nephrology fellowship. My board eligibility period will start after completion of 3 years of academic faculty position as an Assistant Professor as of ABIM special Pathway A. (https://www.abim.org/certification/policies/candidates-for- special-consideration.aspx). I am currently on H1B visa and I will require Visa sponsorship for my position.
