Responsibilities
I have been in charge of an alternative school program at my local high school where I am employed. I am also chairman of the Special Education Department. Because I carefully document student behavior on a daily basis, I have been able to quickly provide valuable information to school personnel regarding problematic behavior of students in the alternative program. Again and again my careful documentation proved invaluable! One very important duty of the Special Education Chairman is the scheduling of exam locations for students with special needs. This immense task required tremendous attention to detail. The second time the testing schedule was created I used the valuable feedback from my peers to streamline the process.
