This included deep financial analysis and often functioning as an expert witness in litigation and class action suits. In my role I performed all aspects of valuation, including developing necessary approaches to value for both residential and commercial real property. I developed models consistent with USPAP guidelines encompassing market, cost and income approaches to value as necessary. Office Manager White Mountain Appraisals, Inc.
