My career started with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a technology professional. My career advanced quickly and I was named as Director of Information Technologies in 2005. Due to my success in upgrading the Department's aging computer systems and providing excellent service to our customers, I was promoted to Executive Director of the Communications and Technology Services Division in 2007. I moved to Oregon in 2011 and accepted a SR Program Manager position with Harris Corporation. Due to the success of deploying a statewide $70 million P25 Radio System, I was promoted to Regional Program Manager in 2017 where I had responsibility for 8-10 Program Managers, large cross functional teams and over $100 million of contracts.
