Over ten (10) years of experience in all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including management, initiation, design, development, testing and the implementation of new products while making significant enhancements to the existing software. * 8+ years of project management experience with 4 to 18 team members. * 10+ years of experience of elaborating on professional / user documentation and instructions. * 10+ years of behind the scenes production support experience, system maintenance and responsible for projects deployment. * 10+ years of experience to do code reviews and provide feedback to other developers. * 7+ years supported Batch execution process in Production and QAT environments, and contributed to fixing issues. * 3+ years of working in an agile environment. * Skilled on different domain areas such as Healthcare, Banking, HR, Warehouse, Pharmacy, Statistical, Logistic, etc. * Strong interpersonal skills.
