Mr. McGrane has an extensive Information Technology background spanning twenty years that includes software development, infrastructure, system upgrades and migrations, security, interoperability and network systems. Most recently focused on interoperability in support of health care systems for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD). Mr. McGrane has served as a program and project manager, analyst, requirements and deployment manager. Successful team builder and demonstrated leader employing effective communications skills. Highly qualified in successfully organizing, managing, negotiating and completing multiple projects on time and in budget.
