Acquisition Management & Support * Developed and implemented the strategy for the procurement of over $200 million in satellite communications equipment for the US Army. * Developed all paperwork and the justification for a sole source J&A for procurement of satellite equipment with a value of over $70 million. This J&A was approved by the Under Secretary of the Army for Acquisitions * Developed acquisition strategy for the procurement of major IT services for the FAA. * Participated in and advised the Army in the procurement of services to support the active RFID infrastructure. Resulted in an annual savings to the government of more than $6 million, a greater than 17% savings. * For each of the last 10 years, responsible for the pricing strategy on contracts worth over $200 million in annual revenue. * Developed the pricing models and support schedules to be utilized in Time and Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Award Fee acquisitions. Proposal Price Development Responsible for the pricing strategy on: * More than 100 contracts, worth from $25k to over $200 million in annual revenue. * These included task orders worth less than $1 million to contracts worth $30 to $150 million in annual revenue * Contracts were with: US Army, NASA, DOE, VA, FAA, NOAA, FEMA, DOC, USAF and GSA. * Over 15 years, only three bids were lost due to pricing.
