Played a key role in establishing a vision, business culture, and short and long-range strategic plans and goals. Executed initiatives that paved the way to revenues approaching $3 million. Recruited and managed as many as 10 professional staff, and several independent contractors. Collaborated with parents, law enforcement officials, and a treatment team to tailor realistic goals and behavior modification plans to strengthen clients' chances for a positive outcome.
