Collaborated with client, provided market updates about migration status, sites with performance impacting issues, action items, CRs, delivery, close-out and supported performance analysis efforts. Used Network Performance Management tools & functions including Trending, Analysis, Monitoring, & Reporting, to troubleshoot, identify performance issues, and provide recommendation for network improvement. Defined, standardized SoW & provided guidance to the team in conjunction with client's requests during the 4G Network deployment, performance analysis & optimization. Interacted with customer regularly on recommendations, action items, updates, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Met regularly with the PMO and other stakeholders to fine-tune procedures, reporting and deliverables on market, regional & national levels.
