Managed antenna swap-out & deployment via OEMs, site re-configuration & re- design, field operations, NOC, RAN & RF engineering, general contractors, construction, tower crews, site surveys, and FCC/FAA regulatory proceedings. Coordinated, scheduled & managed GNG meetings with client and cross-functional teams, i.e. Field Ops, Core Engineering, NPO/RF Engineering, and Design Engineering for migration time/schedule determination, concerns, approvals, waivers, access issues, etc, during the 4G Network swap, deployment, performance analysis & optimization. Worked across project work-stream teams to appropriately engage resources when needed to ensure objectives are delivered on schedule with no or minimum impact. Collaborated with client, provided market updates about migration status, sites with performance impacting issues, action items, CRs, delivery, close-out and supported performance analysis efforts. Used Network Performance Management tools & functions including Trending, Analysis, Monitoring, & Reporting, to troubleshoot, identify performance issues, and provide recommendation for network improvement. Defined, standardized SoW & provided guidance to the team in conjunction with client's requests during the 4G Network deployment, performance analysis & optimization. Interacted with customer regularly on recommendations, action items, updates, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Met regularly with the PMO and other stakeholders to fine-tune procedures, reporting and deliverables on market, regional & national levels. Verified that processes are followed through among team members until delivery and trackers are completed on timely fashion. Scheduled & managed meetings with stakeholders frequently for necessary updates & deliverables. Provided support to in-house special projects including supporting remote markets. Directed a region of multiple markets and managed a team scattered globally during the Post Launch Support (PLS) activities on 3G/4G Networks.
