PERIOD: JULY 2018 - APRIL 2019 POSITION: SPECIALIST IN LOGISTICS AND SPARE PARTS COMPANY: SCHENCK MEXICO Responsibilities Logistics Department for Receiving, Processing and Follow up of customers orders. Control of all the customs process reléase for All the shipments coming for the company. Controlling shipments coming from Germany, Denmark and United States principally. Spare Parts dedicated to specialized machinery, air conditioning and freezing machines. Communication and Instructions for the Logistics shipments depending on the type of material to move: specialized, medium or overdimensioned equipment. Shipments were handled under Courier and AWB service for urgent matters. Type of customers for reference: General Electric, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, ALSTOM, Caterpillar, Nissan, DURR, Schenck Germany, Mazda and Toyota. Reached Goals: The new management of the company wanted to improve the efficiency of the Logistics of the company in order to improve Profits. The efficiency was improved in the speed, frequency, delivery and cost of the spare parts. From the registration of the Customer Order until the Final Delivery, the cost was tracked and judged by the Financial Department. The
