of * Experienced as Program Manager for three programs to date: the F-35 Australia, Canada, and qualifications United Kingdom Reprogramming Lab (ACURL) from 2015 - 2018 and the F-35 Norway, Italy Reprogramming Lab (NIRL) from 2016 - 2018 and Air Force Recruiting Information Support System - Total Force (AFRISS-TF) from 2012 - 2015 Second level supervisor, managing three other managers and a total program team of over 30 employees. Handle all aspects and responsibilities of the program including capture management, proposal development, cost accounting, budget, subcontractor management, and direct customer interface. Managed the Systems Engineering department for the Lockheed Martin (LM) Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) program in San Antonio, TX, with responsibility for over 80 active projects, 19 direct reports, and 10 subcontractors. Responsible for cost accounting, proposal development, project management, team training, and government customer interface for all Systems Engineering related activities. Managed, coordinated, and supervised 32 enrollment centers for the Transportation Worker Identification (TWIC) Program. Managed program and operations for the Integrated Submission and Remittance Processing system (ISRP) for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), to include cost account management, personnel, software development and deployment, assurance, helpdesk support and configuration management. Manage ISRP lab, Canadian census lab support, and ISRP software development environment support and administration activities. Experienced with LM proposal development, cost account management practices, leadership techniques, scheduling practices, and CMMI processes. * Extensive proposal leadership, development, and support. Served as the Capture Manager and Proposal Manager, established proposal budgets, authored, and participated on nearly a dozen proposals ranging from $1M to over $350M in size, for both defense and civil IT contracts to include DoD, Joint Strike Fighter, F-35, F-22, US Census, NARA, UK Census, Scotland Census, US Air Force Recruiting Command, IRS, NY State, and Department of the Interior. * Managed the Automation Branch of the Information Management Directorate for the Texas Army National Guard which included training, maintenance, software/hardware installation, network planning, architecture design and planning, system life cycle management, budget, and contract management. Managed full time employee staff of programmers, computer mechanics, network administrators, visual information specialists, instructors, and a photographer.
